Privacy & PDPA Notice

AMCHAM issues a Privacy Notice pursuant to the Personal Data Protection Act 2010 (PDPA) of Malaysia. Personal data may be processed for purposes such as membership applications, communications, service delivery, event administration, and responding to enquiries/complaints. AMCHAM also outlines rights to access, copy, update, correct, or limit processing of personal data.
